The West Brom are a leading Midlands based Building Society. The West Brom required a mobile UX/UI strategy that would allow their current customer base the flexibility and freedom to easily access their own personal accounts 24/7. The application also had to allow the society a window to be able to communicate new and opportunistic financial services to its customer base.

Working closely with the UX/UI team of a Birmingham digital agency that had defined/refined the UX customer experience etc the UI delivery brief required strong, easy to use, intuitive interfaces that would allow customers both the freedom and flexibility to access specific financial information quickly and easily. The UI strategy reflected the West Broms corporate colour palette and branding. Lo and Hi Fidelity prototypes, strong iconography and clear on screen financial information helped to deliver strong, simplistic experiences guiding and delivering information to its customers in easy to understand configurations and styles.
