After recent downturns in business involvement and student applications due in main to the COVID pandemic. The UNoN had initiated a business investment program that allowed the development of a series of Experiential online learning experience pilots.
The program requirements & deliverables had been defined and set and some early UX/UI design work and research had been initiated based on the current UNoN online portal. Early UX/UI design needed to be refined and more detailed research, interviews, surveys, focus groups, observational testing sessions were required to determine a highly focussed UCD approach.
The key objectives were to utilise data and insights to help inform design decisions, Illustrate UI ideas using storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, mock-ups & prototypes. Create master UI components (Desktop/Mobile). Establish a 2-way flow of information and thinking.
