KerridgeCS, were looking to deliver a comprehensive (UCD/AI) strategy and design solution to tackle the complex challenges presented by an outdated system & extensive configuration being experienced by customers using their current K8 ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solution.
The current system is used by known brands around the world. It is highly configurable delivering, processes, operational detail and data connecting key business functions; however, the business wants to deliver a ‘New Look’ and best in class solution to replace the current solution to help drive new sales and current customer retention.
Working in an agile environment, collaborating with the Head of UX/UI, Senior PO’s, PM’s, Business Analysts,
Stake Holders, to analysis investigative research, while also exploring how enhancing UCD experiences and improving product accessibility through IA, wireframes, and rapid prototypes were key during the discover stage.
Building a flexible/responsive framework provided ultimate product visibility and accessibly helping to deliver solutions for data rich and technically involved products/solutions.

The KerridgeCS K8 system is specifically tailored for product distributors, merchants, and wholesalers, helping them manage key functions such as finance, sales, customer service, and inventory effectively and efficiently.
