Deanfield Homes is a premium house builder that was founded in 2016 by former directors of Banner Homes.
I was tasked to a create modern yet stylish brand logo together with a flexible ‘start up’ web site that would promote the new business. The design of the brand logo needed to look modern with the flexibility for it to be applied and used on numerous promotional touch points.
The design of the web site needed to look modern yet have facilities in its construction to allow it to be as future proof as possible, allowing for new content to be added easily at a later date. The design allowed for the information to be presented in a clear and concise manner allowing potential enquires a direct link for further information. New development announcements are easily added giving Deanfield the opportunity to drive early enquiries and sales. As the business evolves, so will the website, giving customers more detailed information about the business and its future developments.
