Bevan Healthcare is a start up business that required a multifunctional application that would deliver an ‘Uber’ style consumer experience for GPs and healthcare patients. The application helps address the current issues of waiting times experienced by patients and GPs nationwide.
A detailed study was carried out and extensive research was gathered from patient and GP questionnaires. This analysis was translated into conceptual designs and the results were then refined and applied to a specific design approach – an easy to use interface allowed patients access to GPs via their mobile devices 24/7 – giving patients the flexibility to ‘book and pay now’ to see a GP direct at home, work, or to talk via video feeds. Flexibility & convenience were a vital element, allowing patients the time and freedom to talk to GPs in their own time frame.
