With a strong understanding of online user experiences, Air CM invited me to tender for the design of this Japanese
company website that manufactured high quality, calibrated monitors for business, graphics, medical, gaming, industry and
air traffic control applications.

During the design process I worked closely with the Air CM team to deliver a new site with a focus on the user journey and experience. The key objective was to deliver more qualified sales enquiries and leads. From detailed research and stake holder interviews a structured process of delivering specific product information was paramount – a front end product configurator was designed and developed that gave customers the facility to identify their specific market sector through to specifying a product that was in line with their requirements. Product results were delivered that allowed customers to see full specifications, costs and purchase points.

This key element helped deliver increased product enquiries and 3rd party sales for their client EIZO.
